Our approach to community development is more holistic than transactional in that we seek to build ecosystems comprising of residential housing, placemaking, and strategic partnerships that promote sustainable people-centered communities.
Through our work with challenged neighborhoods, we are committed to helping communities thrive by creating economic diversity, multiple housing options, and solid community resource networks that “meet people, where they are”. This combination provides a footing upon which culturally diverse communities can evolve organically.
We aspire to create communities that can withstand the ebb & flow of historic policy and economic cycles. The goal is to return to communities twenty years in the future to find productive communities that people are proud to call home.
