Support Jubilee Poiint Bordeaux

A New Vision for Community with Promise.

Jubilee Point is located west of Clarksville Pike, east of Briley Parkway, and adjacent to the Bordeaux Hills subdivision.

Jubilee Point is being planned as a transit-integrated, walkable district that supports equitable mobility and long-term affordability. WeGo Public Transit is actively engaged in collaborative discussions to formalize a partnership that would align transit infrastructure with the district’s housing, healthcare, and cultural goals. This includes exploring dedicated stops, multimodal access, and transit-oriented design that connects residents to opportunity and anchors the district in sustainable movement.

Jubilee Point is actively engaging regional university and college partners in the development of approximately 375 rental housing units tailored for students, faculty, and staff. Several institutions have expressed interest in serving as master tenants for Phase 1 housing, with a shared commitment to accessibility, proximity, and cultural relevance.
These partners are also contributing to the design of educational commons and cultural preservation zones—ensuring that Jubilee Point reflects the academic legacy, community leadership, and lived experience of those who sustain the region’s intellectual and civic life.

As part of our proposed Phase 1, Jubilee Point will introduce 78 market-rate townhomes designed to anchor the district’s residential character and support a diverse mix of households. These units will offer family-sized layouts with walkable access to future healthcare, retail, and cultural amenities.
The townhomes represent a foundational investment in neighborhood stability—welcoming new residents while complementing broader accessibility and coalition-driven development across the district.

Economic Impact

Jubilee Point aims to curate a retail mix that reflects both neighborhood needs and cultural identity. Our goal is to attract a blend of locally rooted businesses and nationally recognized brands that offer everyday essentials, dining variety, wellness options, and community services.
We are prioritizing tenants that:
• Provide affordable groceries, pharmacy access, and fast-casual dining
• Celebrate regional culinary heritage and Black-owned entrepreneurship
• Offer fitness, wellness, and lifestyle services that promote community health
• Support walkable, service-oriented corridors with banking, shipping, and retail convenience
This approach ensures that Jubilee Point’s commercial zones are vibrant, accessible, and reflective of the people who live, work, and gather here.
• Health Equity: Expands access to care and clinical training
• Cultural Preservation: Protects and programs legacy spaces
• Transit-Oriented Development: Integrates WeGo service and walkability
• Workforce Development: Supports entrepreneurship and job creation
This proposed development complements existing frameworks from THDA, TDOT, Metro Planning, and the Tennessee Higher Education Commission
WE ARE INVITING COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS TO:
• ATTEND UPCOMING LISTENING SESSIONS AND DESIGN WORKSHOPS
• SHARE STORIES, CONCERNS, AND IDEAS FOR THE DISTRICT
• JOIN THE JUBILEE POINT COALITION AS A CULTURAL STEWARD, FAITH PARTNER, OR CIVIC ADVISOR
• HELP SHAPE THE PROGRAMS, SPACES, AND POLICIES THAT WILL DEFINE THIS DISTRICT FOR GENERATIONS.

Jubilee Point is being led by Goodhope Development Consulting Group Inc., a mission-driven firm committed to legacy-based development and community empowerment.
